KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Explore & Build Agentic AI Solutions

• Research the latest developments in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, AI agents, and

automation.

• Experiment with different AI models and AI tools to solve business problems.

• Build simple AI agents and workflows that can perform multi-step tasks.

• Connect AI models with APIs, databases, documents, and business tools.

• Test and evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, reliability, cost, and usability.

• Keep track of emerging AI tools and identify opportunities to apply them internally.

B. AI for Office Productivity

Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated or enhanced with AI.

Potential projects include:

AI meeting assistant

• Automated meeting minutes and action items

• AI research assistant

• Data analysis assistant

• Internal company knowledge chatbot

• KPI monitoring and reporting

• Automated workflow and document processing

• AI assistant for management and business teams

The goal is to save employees time and improve the quality and speed of their work.

C. AI for Merchants & Sales Teams

Support the development of AI tools for merchants and front-line teams.

Potential use cases include:

• Merchant AI Assistant – answer questions about sales, transactions, products and

business performance.

• Sales AI Assistant – help salespeople identify leads, prioritize merchants and prepare

follow-ups.

• Merchant Insights – analyze transaction data and identify business opportunities.

• Merchant Recommendation – recommend relevant financial or business products.

• Customer Service AI – chatbot / voicebot / automated support.

• Merchant Churn Detection – identify merchants at risk of becoming inactive.

• AI-powered sales & marketing content.

D. Data & Machine Learning

Support basic AI/ML use cases such as:

• Merchant segmentation

• Sales forecasting

• Transaction analysis

• Recommendation models

• Customer/merchant scoring

• Business performance analysis

E. AI Tool Discovery & Productivity

Continuously test new AI tools and assess whether they can improve the company's

productivity.

For example: AI research tools, AI data analysis tools, AI workflow automation, AI agents, No

code / low-code AI platforms

Create simple recommendations and demos so business teams can quickly understand how

to use them.** **

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience:0–3 years of experience in AI, Data, Technology, Product, Analytics, or related fields.
• Skills:
• Strong interest and hands-on experience with Generative AI / Agentic AI.
• Basic knowledge of LLMs, AI Agents, APIs, ML, and automation.
• Basic Python and/or SQL is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fast learner with a strong “build and experiment” mindset.
• Good English communication.
• Personality & Attitude:
• Detail-oriented, systematic, and curious.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Eager to learn and willing to grow into a Product Analyst/Manager role.
