# ODOO FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT INTERN ## I. Benefits

## II. Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for an BA ERP Intern located in Hanoi. The BA ERP Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks involving maintenance of an module library, technical documentation, and functional to support client. ## III. Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in *Information* *Technology, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field*.
• Available to work full-time.
• Basic understanding of Business Analysis.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail.
• Able to plan and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Quick learner who is proactive and open to new tools and processes.
• Knowledge of Odoo or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Understanding of finance and/or accounting principles is a plus.

## IV. Key Responsibilities

*(i) Core Responsibilities (80%)*

• Module Testing: Test Falinwa modules (CLuedoo) as part of the Odoo version migration, verifying that each module works as expected after migration.
• Documentation: Write and maintain user guides for tested modules, covering features, configuration steps, and usage flows.
• Issue Resolution: Follow up on assigned tickets to fix modules, then confirm the fixes work in the client's database.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other departments (e.g., technical, project teams) to clarify test scenarios, confirm expected behavior, and resolve issues found during testing.

*(ii) Supporting Responsibilities (20%)*

• Assist in testing Odoo connector modules when needed.
• Support client projects when needed by analyzing and defining business requirements.

Working hours: *09:00 - 18:00 (from Monday to Friday)*
