🚀 We’re hiring: Technical Business Analyst (Microsoft D365 F&O)
📍 Ho Chi Minh City (District 3) | Onsite
Our client, a leading B2B travel company operating across 11 countries in Asia and part of a global travel group, is modernizing its core platforms and building AI capabilities. They’re looking for a Technical BA to drive a large-scale ERP transformation.
What you’ll do
- Lead workshops with stakeholders across business units and countries
- Turn business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Drive fit-gap analysis, process mapping, data migration and integration requirements
- Support testing, cutover and go-live through hypercare
What you bring
- 6+ years in Business Analysis within ERP, CRM or digital transformation
- Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience
- Strong stakeholder management and a track record of ownership and real business outcomes
